Personal data

Personal data are information that indicates your identity – your name, address, postal address, delivery address, phone number and email address. We store your personal data only to the extent this is required to handle and process your order. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties. To check your creditworthiness, however, we exchange data with service providers and the General Credit Protection Agency (Schufa). We always take account of your legitimate interests. Apart from placing orders, if you use our other services (e.g. subscribing to our newsletter), we require your consent to store your data. You will be asked separately to grant this consent, you can inspect the data we have for you at any time and revoke your consent at any time.

Storage of contract wording

Your order and the order details you have entered are stored in your personal customer account. You always have access to your customer account via your login data, which you set up the first time you register and you have the opportunity to print out the order with all the data you have entered. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive the order confirmation with all the entered data sent to you by email. If you wish to delete a customer account at Viptamin, please send us an email with the subject line “Delete my customer account” and your user details to the following address:

You can also order from Viptamin as a guest without having an account. In this case no customer account is created. Once again, the order data are stored insofar as they are required to execute the order.

Anonymised data

When you visit our site, information about your access may also be stored (date, time, page viewed) on our server. These data have nothing to do with personal data but are anonymised. We analyse them exclusively for statistical purposes.

Use of cookies

Cookies are used on certain pages without us being able to notify you of this. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies automatically. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser preferences so it notifies you as soon as cookies are sent. The stored data are then deleted when you leave our website.

Use of Facebook social plugins
