Can I change my payment method?
Register customer account

Click on “Change payment method

You have several subscriptions and would like to combine them?
Cancel the existing subscriptions by going to “My subscriptions” and cancelling the subscriptions you wish to merge.
Then go to the quick purchase page, select “Savings subscription” and put all the products you want in a subscription as a subscription in the shopping cart.

I still have stock can I skip a delivery?
Yes, go into your subscription and select your appropriate subscription and then select “Skip Delivery”. A delivery is then omitted. Your subscription continues.

How can I change my delivery address for my subscription?
Select “Manage my subscriptions” in the customer account. Click on Edit address in the respective subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Select “Manage my subscriptions” in the customer account. Click on “Pause subscription” in the respective subscription. If you want to activate the subscription again, click on “Activate subscription”. You can find your paused subscriptions under “inactive subscriptions”.

What is the difference between active and inactive subscriptions?
Deliveries take place for active subscriptions. With inactive subscriptions no deliveries take place, this was created by you and can be activated at any time by you again.
