We have a completely new website
We have worked as a team for a full year on our new website. Today it goes online. We are mighty excited and looking forward to it.
Our goal is to make the new website much easier and more comfortable for you as a user.
It is now much more worthwhile for you to create a customer account if you do not already have one, because now you can edit your subscription and your old orders much easier and thus order again with much less clicks. That’s where we put most of our work. Take advantage of these new opportunities to make shopping with us more enjoyable.
To get into your customer account, check the box “Create customer” for your next order.
For all those who already have a customer account: You can log in to our new customer area with the same access data as on the old site. You can access your customer account on the new site here.
For all those who already have an active subscription. You do not have to do anything, your subscription remains active.
I recommend that all subscribers who currently receive their subscription by invoice switch to automatic debiting via PayPal. In addition to PayPal, credit card and direct debit are also available. It is significantly less work and cost for both you and us to have payments made automatically than to have them made by you and recorded by us each time.
To access your account, click on My Orders and Subscriptions in the top right corner and then go to Manage Subscriptions.
Now, without having a subscription, you can order products that you have already ordered with much fewer clicks. To do this, go to My Orders and Subscriptions and then View My Orders.

Our Viptamin Complete Forte is now in an organic bag
The white can of Viptamin Komplett is history from 1 January. The Multivitamin Complete Forte is now available in an ecologically produced and 100% biodegradable bag.
The whole bag outside and inside is made of polylactic acid. Perhaps you have already encountered this in the form of organic carrier bags. Polylactide is obtained from corn starch. Even though the inside may seem like an aluminum coating to you, it’s not. Polyactide provides excellent natural protection against oxygen and moisture. So your forte is excellently protected.
In the bags you will still find 11% more content with 670 filling weight. The new Forte in organic bags will be shipped from 1 January.
As you can see on the new page, our other products have also received uniform labels. Bio Protein, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Omega 3 and Q10 are also available with the new labels from 1 January. The product quality and composition is unchanged. We hope you like the new look.
